Smiths–Briten, one of the UK’s leading distributor of bathroom products is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales office team.

The role of Sales Office Team Member

Based at our head office in Bolton, initial duties would include;

• Reporting to and following work instruction from the team leader/manager
• Answering incoming telephone calls and selling over the phone to customers
• Order processing, as well as other general office duties
• Completing all documentation or electronic systems clearly and accurately and in a timely manner.
• Making suggestions for improving the way we work using your skills and knowledge which you bring to this role.
• Undertaking relevant training to meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will need to;

• Have previous sales experience
• Have bathroom and plumbing knowledge
• Be computer literate
• Be confident in achieving sales over the phone
• Be customer focused and conscientious
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Have a can-do attitude
• Be flexible
