This is a part-time role, between 25-30 hours per week

The role of a Customer Service Advisor
Our Customer Service Advisors play an integral part in the success of Buildbase. We're looking for Customer Service Advisors who will support all of our customers through pre to post-delivery, making sure that they are well informed at every stage. You will also be responsible for organising and following up on quotes using our 1-31 system (which training will be provided for) and supporting the sales function by helping the sales team where necessary, whether thats on the counter, or calling dormant accounts.
