Sales Development Manager - Norwich

The role of a Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be part of a 100+ strong external sales team that work to ensure that they meet their customer’s needs, concerns and exceed their expectations.
You will be out and about visiting your customers (new and existing), working towards your targets, establishing excellent working relationships with customers and your branches whilst on the lookout for sales opportunities wherever you go!

Our brilliant SDMs love finding solutions for and building trust with our customers by having regular face-to-face contact and showing resilience when things don’t go to plan.

And what’s also great is that you won’t be expected to work weekends, and you will have Christmas off!

What you need

We’re looking for people with a positive and confident attitude along with the work ethic to be a part of a winning team. You'll need to be a good communicator and be great at building key relationships, you will also have previous sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Lastly, you'll be resilient and able to manage your own diary.
