We have a new & exciting opportunity for someone to join us in Partnering Mobilisation & Operations, covering the South!

What is Partnering?

This role will be working for what we call our "Partnering" division. They work with local councils and housing associations to supply them with all the building materials they need to ensure their customer's homes are repaired and refurbished to a high standard.You will be working with a number of new customers, so you will get an opportunity to know them really well.

What we do

What we do is really simple, we sell building materials to the trade and public. We’re a ‘roll your sleeves up’ business with a can-do attitude and we take pride in serving our local tradespeople and communities. You would be responsible for working alongside one of our Partners, making sure that their expectations are not just met but exceeded.

The role of a Partnering Mobilisation & Operations

The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support in line with contracts and customer expectations, as part of the Buildbase Supply Chain Solutions team. You will be involved with setting up new contracts and being the go-to person to support with any future improvements. Our pop-up stores are also very popular, so you will get involved with setting these up with appropriate racking, stock and CCTV. We also regularly audit our partnering stock, so you will be helping with this too! 

What you'll need

We're looking for a pro-active individual who can quickly and easily establish meaningful relationships with our customers and support them during the setup of their contract and beyond, providing solutions and ideas throughout their journey. We also are looking for someone with a high level of IT skills, to support the audit/data element to the role. Previous expereince working with public sector clients would be an advantage, but it is not essential, along with project management experience.
