We're looking for a General Manager to join Lloyd Worrall.

About Lloyd Worrall

Lloyd Worrall has been supplying the building industry with its architectural hardware requirements since 1946. Lloyd Worrall is now the architectural division of Buildbase Limited, part of Grafton Group plc – a major building material and services supplier operating in the UK and Ireland – and comprises five regional trading branches located in Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle upon Tyne, Sheffield and London-based Yannedis, together with a solutions office in Willenhall.

The Lloyd Worrall of today is a premier architectural solutions provider to the health, education, commercial, retail and leisure sectors in the construction industry through consultation, specification and end-user interaction.

The Role of General Manager

You will be responsible for Sales & Operations across our branches and will have previous experience in a similar role. Managing and developing a team of sales-driven branch managers to drive excellent customer service and create meaningful relationships with stakeholders will be key, and in turn, will contribute to increased revenue and sustainable growth. You will need to be flexible in order to manage multiple areas within your remit, including product solutions, distribution, marketing, and category management.

We’re looking for an individual with previous experience in the architectural solutions environment, with a commercial mindset and market awareness. You will need to prove that you are capable of managing a team and show passion for high standards & performance.
