The role of a Customer Service Assistant

Working in our partnering branch to provide a high level of service to customers of our Social Housing customer. You will need to be comfortable with multi-tasking as you will be expected to cover all departments within the partnering branch whether that be answering the phone, serving over the counter or picking orders from the warehouse. 

For this role, there will be a focus and responsibility for the Gas & Heating Spares stock. You will be responsible for sourcing special or none standard parts in a timely & efficient manner, and liaising with customers regarding lead times, stock outs, delays or any other matters. Our Partnering customers are the sole customers that you will deal with so it is important that you are able to build a rapport with them and provide excellent customer service.
