We're looking for a Contracts Coordinator in our London Branch.

The Role of Contracts Coordinator 

The successful candidate will be working as an integral part of a major projects team and also supporting a national network of area sales managers, the candidate will be required to show initiative, resourcefulness and be self-motivated to provide a high level of customer service to support the growth of access control sales. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in contracts management, sub-contract orders and the ability to work closely with engineers to ensure projects are finished on time and in budget     

Key tasks and duties:

  • Contract Management of secured orders
  • Project management of secured install projects including checking detailed specifications, assimilation of materials required, setting up of installation dates and diarizing necessary site liaison.
  • Attending site progress meetings when required and to resolve any site related issues as they occur.
  • Issuing of contract documentation including RAMS and O&M information.
  • Keeping standard product price lists up-to-date and liaising with distribution to maintain necessary stocking levels.
  • Offer technical advice to both customers and colleagues when required.
  • Ideally, prepare wiring schematics and containment drawings when required.
