We have a really exciting opportunity for a Stores Assistant to join our team and support our Partnering Contract Customer! This is a great opportunity for individuals with Electrical Wholesale knowledge!

The role of a Partnering Stores Assistant

Working in our partnering branch to provide a high level of service to customers of our partnering contract. You will need to be comfortable with multi-tasking as you will be expected to cover multiple departments within the partnering branch whether that be answering the phone, serving over the counter or working in the warehouse. A forklift truck licence would be an advantage for this role but training can be provided.

What you'll need

  • We're looking for candidates who have experience or knowledge and understanding of 1st and 2nd fix. We do provide product training, but it would be great if you have had experience working with, Wylex, MK, Scolmore, Click, Haden, Kosnic, Osram, Bell, just to name a few! 
  • You also need to be a problem solver, if we don't have parts in stock, you will need to be able to source special parts, or have a good product knowledge to be able to offer suitbale alternatives for our customer's requirements.  
  • Our Partnering Contract customers are completely dependant on us to provide their Electrical products, so by working closely with clients, you will develop a good understanding of their requirements and can ensure that they receive excellent levels of customer service. 
  • You will need a full driving license to make ad-hoc deliveries when needed
