Senior Marketing Executive - (Maternity Cover)

What we’re doing about COVID-19

Like most businesses, we have had to change the way we do things to make sure all our colleagues are working safely during COVID-19. We have introduced a set of Safer Operating Procedures to protect our colleagues which include:

  • Additional PPE supplied to you where required
  • Kerbside deliveries
  • No delivery signatures required
  • Social distancing in place in all of our branches and offices
  • Regular cleaning

The role of Senior Marketing Executive

You will need to be confident to lead and support across all aspects of marketing with a focus on national showroom campaigns, sponsorship activity and local branch marketing. You will be responsible for leading on kitchen and bathroom showroom campaigns, plumbing and heating campaigns and other selected product range campaigns as requested. You will be the main point-of-contact for local branch marketing activity, so being a friendly and organised is important for this role!

What you will need

  • Strong decision-making skills with the confidence and knowledge to own a campaign. You should not be phased by working directly with and briefing senior colleagues, branch managers and external agencies.
  • You will need to be highly organised individual who is able to manage simultaneous campaigns.
  • You should be proactive. A self-starter who is happy to work independently as well as collaborating with others.
  • Experience in delivering offline and online activity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and copywriting skills is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential.
  • Experience working with print suppliers or knowledge of email marketing platforms is desirable.
