Your role as Branch Manager of Kenilworth

  • ensuring your customers receive a brilliant service when using your branch
  • managing your team and ensuring they are properly trained and motivated
  • building on branch sales and profits
  • generating new customers
  • running an efficient and effective operation by managing your stock and properly utilising your vehicles
  • ensuring all mandatory training is completed and the branch is a safe place to work

We are looking for someone who has previous management experience, as well as:

  • previous experience of developing people 
  • experience of working in a targeted environment
  • ability to multitask
  • great planning and organisation skills
  • a driving licence
